DESCRIPTION:The Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation’s international biennial conference creates lasting connections between PMS families\, clinicians\, and researchers. The four-day conference positions PMSF as a sustained and effective advocate for individuals and families affected by PMS. The sessions\, discussions and emotional support benefits families throughout their lives. Hundreds of families from around the world attend. Most of those who attend are from the United States\, although international participation is strong.
